This is a long-term programme to work closely together.
To help you recover and improve from general acute* back problems which you want to resolve.
To feel, be and move better, and to build strength and maintain the body you have worked for with the guidance and support of Nicola.

What I need from you: prioritise your body and wanting to work to get your back and body to the best it can be.
You get from me: guidance, chiropractic care, soft tissue work, therapeutic exercise and a structured plan to get you from where you are now to where you want to be!

What is Included:
Discovery call to discuss if this is for you (30 free call/ zoom call) prior to booking.
New patient questionnaire (NPQ) including goals you want to work on.
1x Online consultation 1 to 1 where we will map out a plan, set your goals and discuss your needs! This is fully tailored to your wants and needs. This is to structure your plan to get you from where you are now to where you want to be in 6- months’ time; 90 Minutes (Includes, lifestyle and health coaching as well as nutritional advice).
6-month strength, movement and rehab programme in PDF format includes: the full plan we discussed in session 1, provisionally booked sessions and all other sessions mapped out so you know where you will be for the next 6 months.
10x chiropractic sessions based on the new patient questionnaire, physical and medical history exam as well as report of findings and detailed plan of care. Sessions start with 4 weekly then 1x 2 weekly and 5x monthly. (This is subject to change depending on progress and needs, to be tailored throughout the process).
3x 1 to 1 online rehab, strength and movement sessions (therapeutic exercise) led by Nicola. To aid recovery and build strength based on your needs, throughout the programme. 1 at the start, 1 in the middle and 1 towards the end (these sessions will be progressive so you can build up on what you have worked on tailored to your need at that time in the programme). These sessions are tailored to you and help with safe, pain free and technical movement so that your form is correct.
5x 20 min (online accessible) exercise sessions to add to your weekly routine to help you build strength, increase and improve movement (therapeutic sessions, based on yoga for back care and rehab work) which can be used as many times as you want. (They will change as per the movement sessions 1,2,3: 5x progressive exercise sessions over 6 months building on 1:1 exercise sessions) recommended to do 2 x per week. Implement rehab, movement and strength.
